Robert is a bit old school in that everything is done by phone and snail mail, but he came very well recommended and quoted a fair price.  After doing a thorough job and completing additional repairs to the roof, the final price ended up coming in below the original quote, which of course always feels good.  Not only was Robert quite professional in the way he communicated with me, but after a tenant of mine was quite belligerent to he and his crew, he took the high road and made sure the tenant was accommodated going forward.  I appreciated his tactfulness in this situation.  This is the kind of guy and business, even while being unjustifiably and improperly treated, is thinking about the best interest of his clients and the people that they work with.  This was very much appreciated. I would recommend him to anyone.

All Dry Roofing did a great job of recoating my flat guest house roof with white elastomeric roofing material.  They were careful, timed their work well around other workers at our home at the time and came back and did some touch up when we asked.  They promptly went next door and gave my neighbor a bid when asked as well.  We liked their work a lot and plan to hire them to recoat the roof of our main house later this year.
