Do not use Thea Foley. Now that it has been some time, I feel comfortable saying DO NOT do business with Thea. I spent a great deal of money last year to surprise my grandparents with a trip to Europe and could not have been more disappointed in her poor service. My grandpa has medical issues where he has to be in an aisle seat. Thea assured me that would be no problem.... not only did she not get him aisle seats for his medical needs, she sat our family in all completely different seats on the plane! This was only one example of the stuff she pulled. I started planning months in advance with her and had to call in to check on the status of things all to find out she never did anything on it. Had I not called in, my trip wouldn't have even been booked! Additionally, I told her it was disappointing to not hear from her and her her only reply was 'I don't know what you want me to tell you'. Also, she was extremely rude to my grandparents on the phone when they called to see if she could help book them a rental car in Europe. The list goes on.... All in all I'm glad we still had an amazing family trip and didn't let her awful service ruin things, but I definitely will not be booking with this company ever again because of Thea.

I've been using Steve as my go to for every beach vacation for more than 15 years. He does a great job matching us to the right resort! Our last trip, to Punta Cana, Riu Palace Macao was fabulous! Steve knows where to send you and is super easy to work with in planning a trip.

Steve Lord at All-Inclusive Vacations has been booking my leisure travel for years and for good reason - he's the BEST! My most recent trip to Cancun, Mexico included 20 of my relatives. Steve not only saved each one of us hundreds of dollars compared to the recommended travel agent (from a relative who's wedding was in Mexico), he provided a stress-free travel experience! Steve's attention to detail and organization is unmatched in the leisure travel industry. I can't thank him enough for always taking great care of me and my friends and family.

Steve Lord has been great to work with. This was our first time using All-Inclusive Vacations Travel and I would highly recommend them.
