Over all experience was alright, took about 45 minutes to get to my apartment which is in town. Very expensive for what was done, 75 dollars for a 1 minute job in which could have been done with a credit card and still a 75 dollar charge. The worker was friendly and nice though. So over all just the pricing is ridiculous, meaning the price should actually reflect what work was actually done!

weeks after having a crap experience of trying to get back in my house when locked out in the cold and I still don't have a functioning deadbolt.. everytime I call Odell gives me the run around and has to schedule atleast two days out from my phone call putting us closer to another week going by.. hes been here once to change it already too and said the deadbolt was defective and he didn't have another onhand.. super frustrating and not the kind of service I was expecting by a place I was recommended to by more then one person. It took over an hour to get in our house the first night too.
