After putting new doors on our church building we ran 3 local hardware stores out of key blanks. Someone recommended Bigfoot and a quick call was greeted with over-the-top personal care by Brent. He had plenty of the hard-to-find blank. I'll be back!

Brent was a very competent and courteous gentleman.
He had our problem fixed in less than a half an hour.

I called Brent at Bigfoot after snapping a key off in my front door. As he promised, Brent arrived within 20 minutes. He was able to open the door, extract the key, grind a new key and adjust the lock so it worked infinitely more smoothly. All within minutes for a VERY reasonable sum. Service and know-how like this are supremely hard to find these days. Highly recommended!
