We have been customers of All Island Security for over 20 years!! From day one we have been impressed with their customer service! Their service is always reliable, prompt and courteous. They always try to accommodate us in anyway possible either on the phone or by a service call. We would absolutely recommend them for all your security needs.

Excellent service! Calls immediately when my alarm goes off. (not a great cook!) Anytime I have questions or need service updates they answer right away and are very accommodating. I highly recommend them!

When my wife and I bought our home, we immediately recognized the need for a good home security system. Having never had a home security system, we just chose to call one of the names we recognized. We were shocked when we got rude customer service, a 3-week wait to have the alarm installed, and an overall bad experience. But this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. After doing a bit more research into alarm companies friends had and how they felt about the companies they chose, we began to notice a trend of hearing good things about All Island Security. We gave them a call and for the past seven years have never regretted that decision. They have great customer service and we found they were able to get our system up and running within days. If we have ever encountered any issues (all of our issues have been battery related), they have been helpful and accommodating of our schedule. One of the best aspects, in my opinion, is the service technician who comes to our home has always been the same technician. He is familiar with our system, seems to know the issue and how to fix it before he even walks through the door, and he is polite and friendly. When allowing a representative of a company into your home, I think these are important qualities to look for. I have been very satisfied with all aspects of the service offered by All Island Security and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

All Island Security has been our alarm carrier for over 15 years. 10 years in one house and over 5 years in our current house. Extremely reliable and friendly customer service and service calls! For 15 plus years we have always encountered the same customer service reps. They are always eager to trouble shoot the problem over the phone before a service call is needed. There has been the same technician for 15 years serving our systems. He is always polite and friendly!! We highly recommend All Island for all of your home security needs! Wouldn't trust any other alarm company to protect our home and family!

We've had All Island Security for several years now. I have to say they are very professional and polite. When we set off the alarm by accident, they call within a minute. First time I couldn't remember the correct password and they sent the police over. After hurricane Sandy, the alarm needed to be reset. We called and they walked us though it, Very pleased with them.
