I went to PC Richards in Carle Place and immediately was attended to by Terrence. Very professional sales and customer service individual and he was able to make sound recommendations for the TVs I was looking for. Additionally he was able to price match what I received from Best Buy plus additional discounts. He gave me additional advice with the Bose system sound bar which is awesome and he gave me a price cut on Samsung wash n dryers. I was able to secure 2 TVs, wash n dryer and a nose sound bar with warranty for my new house I’m moving into in a few days. Salute to Terrence and PC Richards still makes you Feel like your in a neighborhood store.

My husband and I recently went to PC Richards to get all new appliances for our home. We worked with John T and he was the absolute best! John was able to get us in and out of the store within an hour and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He found us all of our appliances quickly and took us around the store show us the different options. We were able to stay well within our budget and not once did we feel pressured to go with something we couldn't afford. John completely guided us through the whole process and explained what the best option was for us payment wise. After our appliances were delivered, John followed up with us to make sure everything was as expected. It was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend John and will be going back in the near future for a new TV, barbeque and AC. Thanks John!!

I was in need of a frig and dishwasher for my kitchen remodel. I had the great pleasure of working with Anthony Bondi. He took the time to understand the new kitchen layout and geared me in the right direction, giving several options with the size appliances I needed. Never did I feel pressured to purchase like in other stores. Anthony is a very knowledgeable salesman. Beyond happy with my experience with Anthony, PC Richard and the appliances I received. Thanks again!

I received the best service from Terrence at Carle Place!! I was tasked with purchasing a replacement oven and phone for my 80 year old mom. If it were not for his thorough patience and professionalism, I wouldn’t have been able to get what I needed without difficulty. If you find yourself in need of service, look for Terrence. He’ll help you out in a pinch. He’s aces in my book!!
