I dealt with Gabriel on the phone who could tell that I had bad experiences with a previous moving company in the past. I was reluctant to tell him what they did to us but he pretty much guessed what they did and reassured me that All Jersey Movers was a reputable company. After getting all the furniture that we needed to be moved, distance from place to another, we got the quote. Gabriel was a great sales person. BUT Jose the little guy that’s supposed to be the lead mover was the ultimate horror and any homeowners should BEWARE IF JOSE THE LITTLE GUY WITH A LOT MOUTH shows up at your door, try to ask for another moving group. The other 2 guys that he was with were the absolute professionals but Jose’s unprofessionalism over shadowed their professionalism. Jose was dismissive when you gave him any type of directive, throughout the entire move he kept mentioning how much money we would have to pay over the quote because of the time it took the to figure out how to move items from my second floor up to the parking lot. The other 2 movers asked if they could use our bathroom and turned the light off, seat down and closed the door behind them, Jose asked his guys where’s the bathroom and just goes in the bathroom, leaves the light on, seat up and left the door open. If a tote wasn’t taped down he was looking inside each tote. He had the audacity to ask me about items that were in the totes. The last event was when he wanted to know what was in a manufactured boxed package. He asked 3 separate times what’s in here, I told him a bed frame. He moved it from my old place but didn’t want to move it in my new place without opening the box. He saved the box for last to take off the truck and admittedly it was heavy because it was an adjustable bed frame but the idea that he had again the audacity to be so nosy. Every item was on the contract. We unboxed the frame and Jose wanted more money to bring it in the house. The owner of the company wouldn’t even do anything about Jose’s behavior, just typical answer of he’s been a good employee and working here for a number of years. Jose gets away with his disrespectfulness because he knows the owner and the owner doesn’t want to do anything about his movers.

They gave me a fair quote. They were very friendly on the phone. They expedited the paperwork. They accommodated next day service. The crew showed up on time. They were careful and professional. They finished on time. They were friendly. They didn't play games with "extra time" charges or any other "this is extra" nonsense. I have moved several times. These were the best by far. Keep up the good work. I'm extremely satisfied.

It was a very professional experience they were right on time for when they arrived and for how long the job was going to take. I would highly recommend them for anyone moving they were fantastic workers

Chris and his crew arrived and worked well together. They had all our items wrapped and loaded in the truck within 3 hours and ready for storage. I recommend them to anyone needing this service. They provided all of the wrapping materials. They logged and tagged each item. The truck was clean and the crew was great!
