Terrible moving experience.  First I was supposed to have a 4 man crew for the day and only 3 showed up.  When the estimator came to my house he explained that a 3 man crew wasn’t very effective and yet that’s what I got the day of my move.  My move was estimated to take 5 1/2 hours.  Three hours in I hear two of the movers yelling at each other.  They were having an argument about how the truck was being packed.  The argument escalated and the driver called both the Supervisor at the office and the police.  Before I know it I have 5 IMPD officers at my house as all of my neighbors come out of their houses wondering what is going on - so embarrassing.  The Supervisor removed one of the guys from the move so then I was down to two people.  Go figure, they couldn’t fit my belongings on the truck so they had to make two trips.  My move started at 8:30am.  At approximately 6pm the two movers left my new house to drive 1/2 hour back to the old house for the rest of my belongings.  Twenty minutes later they call to tell me their truck broke down and the Supervisor  would be calling to discuss options.  We waited until another crew finished their move, picked up a new truck, and went to our old house to finish our move.  They finished at 8:30pm.  When the Supervisor and I discussed payment, he told me that this kind of behavior is expected in the moving industry.  Not acceptable to me!  My rates were adjusted but not without fighting for it.  Never again All My Sons!

I had an awesome move today... My three movers we're very respectful and considerate and did an amazing job... They got the job done in less than expected... I would highly recommend this morning co to everyone...

These guys were punctual and hard-working. Even though there was an incident where an unthoughtful furniture store delivery truck from Kittles blocked them from leaving for 30 minutes after they were finished loading, I feel the price was fair and the work was well-done. Thanks guys!

They showed up on time, they worked efficiently, and they thoroughly protected everything. And the bill came out to exactly what they'd quoted. It was a great experience all around.

I was referred to All My Sons via a friend. 

My experience was absolutely superb. I got a courtesy call the day before to confirm, then another one when the 3 men were about 30 mins away. They arrived on time. I presented them with some challenges, my apartment complex wouldn't allow me to place my PODS by the service elevator so we ended up having to load my furniture onto their truck,  drive the truck to the PODS, then unload the furniture to the PODS. They were extremely courteous and professional and acquiesced to any other requests I had. I would recommend them without reservation.
