Moved son from Indy to Columbus, OH,  between Christmas and New Year's and the movers were on time at apartment to  load and at new apartment to unload.  They did not complain about 3 flights of stairs or very cold weather and still loaded all in a very timely manner.  The movers  were professional, clean looking, and very polite.  Would highly recommend that crew again and have shared the John Mitchell Moving name with friends.  Would like to give them more stars but 5 is the most available!   We have used a couple of different movers to move son over the past few years and these were the BEST!  I would use them again.

I had a very bad experience with them after my move. This company will not stand by their work, and their response to me in regards to broken items during my move was really abysmal. The communication was terrible (only by text and very difficult to even get a response). They did not properly reimburse for items their movers broke even though I had purchased replacement insurance.  Better communication and an apology would have gone a long way, but instead I they didn’t call back and made me feel ridiculous for wanting a response. They have not delivered an item that they were supposed to repair. Very very poor customer service!

First time using movers and was pleasantly surprised. Team was incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly. They knocked out our local move quicker and less expensive than what they had quoted. All around great experience.

Used John Mitchell/Two Guys & a Truck just yesterday.  Scheduling was hassle free.  They asked the details of my move and suggested a three person team with one truck (piano move!).  I wanted a T&M rate, which was not a problem and the initial estimate was dead on to how much time was needed, after I remembered the shed and patio furniture on the day of the move.  Otherwise, it would have been at least an hour less.
On actual move day, the team arrived 10 minutes early and ready to rock and roll.  Todd, Joshua and Nate were professional and courteous.  They made me tired watching them work!  Everything was handled with care and loaded in the truck tied down and wrapped up in shipping blankets.  They took care to put shipping blankets on hand rails and half walls to prevent damage.
I know this is a really long review, but I wanted to give the next person looking at this company a full picture of my experience.  To the owner, Mr. Mitchell, you have three EXCELLENT employees.  This was my first time using movers, I've always self moved, but I will definitely use your company again!

The last time we called John Mitchell Moving was in January of 2014, so it's been a while. We have utilized this company for a total of four moves, I believe, so far. They have done a fabulous job each time!

I would not hesitate for a moment to call them again. Some of their crew members have moved us more than once. 

They are a company that has figured out how to do things right. They treat their customers well, and they treat their employees well. Everyone we have dealt with has been very courteous and professional. 

We will be contacting them again the next time we move!
