What a wonderful experience! This was our first professional move and we couldn't have asked for a better team to do it for us! We had a two day move. Joe, Andre, and Carlos handled everything with ease, care, and professionalism.  Never did we stress about one thing. Everything down to getting the move in place from start to finish was one of the best experiences in customer service that we have had in a long time. The entire team from the phone call, to management coordinating the move, and having an awesome crew move us was just exceptional. They truly deserve a 5 star rating!

Horrible experience with this company. Leaving one star because zero is not an option. Do not use unless you don't care about anything you own. They damaged four pieces of furniture including ripping a hole in the fabric of our couch. Broke an entire drawer off of a dresser and told us "gorilla glue will fix that." Scratched the vinyl cover of the other couch, all three cushions were damaged.  Scratched the paint and left a deep divot in a brand new media cabinet. We had multiple boxes that were clearly labeled fragile with glass shattered inside, even though all of the items were bubble wrapped. The only explanation is complete negligence. Upon "finishing the job," left without returning our key fob. We were unable to get a hold of anyone until the following day in which they denied having the fob so we had to purchase a new one. After the move, we were walking through the parking garage and found a box of ours that had been on the moving truck that they left outside three floors down from our apartment, the contents inside were shattered. It took them twelve hours to move a two bedroom apartment to a location 2.8 miles away. We ended up helping carry items and load the truck to speed things up. Unable to call customer service as they are unavailable over the weekend. Sent an email but have not heard anything back. The entire process was a nightmare.

Update: Minimal reimbursement based on the claim we made. Only settled on an “agreement” after several phone calls and emails because my roommate and I did not have the time to pursue this legally. Very unhappy overall and am reminded of the terrible service everyday when I see my broken and torn furnishings. Have had friends who used other companies that fully refunded items that were damaged or at seemed more willing to work with customers. The customer service is poor and the quality of the company is poor. Beware.

I am very thankful for 3 employees from All My Sons: Xavier, Larry and Mr. Cotton were very professional and made our move easy and stress free. 
They were on time, they came prepared to work and they were very efficient.  We also did not have any damaged items.  However, we did have a little problem with the office following up as they stated.  I did have to contact the office to confirm our appointment time.  But the actual workers were amazing.  IF you need movers, please request Xavier, Larry and Mr. Cotton.

Awesome experience. Never used movers before. I was scrambling to find help and was able to call and talk to Kenon one morning and have movers help me the next day and at a reasonable price. Chris' crew was awesome. They were friendly, efficient, and careful with my things. Hoping not to move anytime soon but would definitely use them again. Thanks All My Sons for making my move less stressful!

Last minute move. Kenon got me movers within 24 hours. Patrick (mover) was very thorough while he trained and oversaw another mover to make sure our items were packaged and moved properly. Most of our items have glass pieces. He took hos time to pad them and store  tightly. Both Patrick and Kevin were very polite and humorous while they moved keeping us engaged and updated on how much time is needed for the the remaining items. Nothing was broken and it was put back together properly. The only thing I would change is the salesperson who gave me incorrect time and people needed for my move. We went over each item individually which may have needed 3 men instead of 2 to cut down on some of the time. But my fiance was very satisfied with what was done. They did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend them to others
