This was an easy process and effective and best of all inexpensive, Due to the logistics of our move they were by far the cheapest option. Most moving companies wanted to charge around 2,000$ to store our stuff for a week between our closing dates. Upack was much more reasonable. The transit cost was very reasonable as well. The staff at each hub was very professional and courteous. They made sure that the job got done as it needed to be done. 

The only reason I won't give a 5 star is that the trailer sat over the weekend which was inconvenient for me since I could not get to my garage. Had I asked a few more questions when I had the trailer dropped off I would have avoided this but just know that most locations are not open over the weekend and will not drop off or pickup on a weekend.

UPack is an affordable, less stressful way to move. They communicated well, were always timely, and their equipment was clean and in good repair.

Delivery and pick up of the cubes went smoothly, actually early in both locations.  Arranging to have the cube packed and unpacked was coordinated very well.  Just make sure you have the load packed tightly, all my items arrived all in good condition.  Be careful on estimating your items, if you have a lot extra boxes you will need more space.  Drivers, packing and unpacking crews were all friendly and very responsive to my needs in moving.  For a long distance move this is the best way, I would use them again.

Everything was going smoothly til once we got everything packed in, realized that one the doors does not shut all the way. There's a crack in the top that will allow rain to fall in and damage our mattress.
