I went with All My Sons Moving because they were the first company to call me back after I submitted online requests. The salesman was extremely pushy and I almost did not book my move with them. (Very close to rude!) After speaking to him and the owner I was assured that I could change moving dates if I needed to, there may be a charge if the change fell on a peak time. Understandable. I had to make 3 date changes because our house was not ready. The owner was great! No problem with each change, and no additional cost. We were on a very tight budget and I could only afford a 2 hour move. The movers were extremely cognizant of that and stayed on time. After reading other reviews I was worried, but these guys rocked!!! Super professional and hard working. They took exceptional care of the furniture I needed moved. Well done! My only real complaint is the cost. I know I could have gotten a better price. Drive time costing as much as an hour of moving and the fuel charge were ridiculous, but I knew upfront what those charges were. I asked and the owner was very forthcoming. So, my problem. With all said I would definitely use their service again, maybe work a little harder to get the cost down. BTW - I forgot to tip the movers and will catch up with them. They deserved every penny!

I was quoted 129.00 and hour they took four hours and when the bill came there was a fuel surcharge they had explained that there was one which I don't remember but had assumed that there was a fuel charge and that it was included in the 129.00 price it was not. This and the fact that they had to pack something due to the rain increased the price beyond what I had. This was very scary for me as I realized that I couldn't pay it. I spoke with one person aggressively because I assumed they weren't going to work with me and much to my surprise he knocked off what he could; the packaging. He told me he would have to transfer me to the owner about the fuel charge and it was clear he didn't want to knock that off which I can understand. I spoke with him for probably twenty minutes explaining what happened and that I could give him what I had left in the bank but it would still be 100 less than the price. I ended up paying 580.00 which is far less than it was initially totaled out for I fully intend on bringing him another 100 on payday. He went above and beyond for me. And I truly appreciate it. The movers them selves were fantastic. They were polite hard working I would hire them again in a heart beat with only expecting the fuel charge I really can't tell you how good the movers were they were awesome

The initial process was great as well as my actual move date;however I did feel pressured to tip the packers as well as the crew who unpacked. The horror began after the movers left. As I began to unpack, I realized that some sentimental items were broken. For example, they packed a special Fathers Day picture inside of a box with a clock. Neither item was wrapped. Of course the glass broke and the picture was scratched. Additionally, a bed was broken along with a few other things. I submitted my claim and was furious when I got a letter requesting me to sign a document in front of a notary accepting $68.00. My claim was for $300 which is nothing considering the damage. Mind you, this company was paid over $4,000 for the move. Not only will I not use this company again, but I will be sure to ask our company to remove this company as a potential mover.

The best experience ever. Will, Anthony, Dre and Charles were incredible. They fit a huge household of items in 4 pods. A miracle truly. They were skilled, fun, professional and positive. They made the experience a great one. Can not brag on them enough. Frank, the owner is all about customer service and really cares about making your experience a good one and put your mind at ease. Mission accomplished. Thanks guys.

So I did not use their services, but want to leave a review regarding the process of finding the right movers for us. I called and received a quote, said thank you and I would be in touch if I chose them. Their pricing was shocking to me, so I went with another company. However, All My Sons called me a handful more times to see if they could obtain my business. Each time I told them I had chosen another company and I was no longer interested in their services. Easy enough right? Nope, then one day I received a phone call from I believe the manager or owner. He asked who I had chosen and I shared with him who that was. He then began to trash talk this company and state that "they don't even own their own truck! They rent it!" Actually, they do own it. He also bad mouthed the owner and said that he was "just a kid with his buddies trying to start a business" - my response is "and what's so wrong with that?". Also FYI - he's not a kid, is a college grad with a full-time staff who had the initative to start his own business, a two minute conversation and you can learn this. Honestly, this put such a bad taste in my mouth for this company that is supposed to be a family business. Not only are they twice the price of other GREAT movers in town, they seem to have absolute no regard for customer service and a lack of respect for other businesses in town. I will never book them and never recommend them despite their pricing based on the repeated phone calls and absolutely disgusting conversation.
