Placed my father in a nitch and the staff member that was supposed to help place him was completely insensitive and rude. We were told we could place him in there with the rosary he had in his hand when he passed but the worker was rude and refused to close the nitch with him in there. Calls were made and after his manager told him it was fine he was still complaining to us. It's not like it was something that was disrespectful or not catholic related. I was disappointed because a placement of an urn is still a funeral regardless of how the remains are. His placing should have been respected and worry free since are still till this day mourning him. I understand customer service isn't their area of expertise but we are still human and some compassion should have been given in that moment.

Love visiting the Cemetery but didn't appreciate when I was told by one of the staff to "get lost" when I was visiting a loved one at the mausoleum. I was there for 20 minutes before they showed up and told me get lost because a funeral is coming in. Didn't appreciate that at all.. i could have left when they showed up

The grounds seem to be kept up and clean at all times and every experience I've had with staff has been positive. There's not a whole lot you want out of a cemetery, just for them to be respectful and considerate. So far so good.

The staff is horrible!! Do not put loved ones here!! They are uncompassionate and only care for your money!! They steal and destroy everything I leave at the grave and the make rude comments and remarks I could not believe the manager mike acted so classless when I told him that his employees where not helping and just sitting talking about nonsense, he said well we aren't in the business of good customer service our job is to maintain the place!!!

Planted flowers for a beloved grandmother, the workers mowed them down within weeks. All my hard work gone. The cemetery is very plain. The hours are inconvenient. They close at 4 pm. At least stay open until 7 pm. So working people can make it there sooner.
