A pleasant memorial site with helpful staff.  We visited in search of ancestors we had only a little information on and were able to find them easily.

The clerks here are always very nice sometimes they makes up their paperwork but mistakes do happen no need to have a hissy fit the parks will maintain Grass Is Always cut beautiful scenery.

Marcia was very helpful and sensitive  to our needs in burying our son. She genuinely seemed to feel our sadness. I like where my son is buried and it always seems so peaceful there.

I finally did receive an apology on 10/20 from Frank Aldama and my wifes grave was fully repaired.  This apology meant a lot as well as Frank being proactive to make things right.  It is a beautiful cemetary, especially where my wife is buried in the Greek Orthodox section and it should remain this way.  

Please see the photos I posted. Destroyed my wife's grave and tombstone for another burial with no consideration and just left it. Without consideration and disregard, just ran it over with a truck destroying the headstone and grave.  No apologies either by Ridgewood Management.  My wife's grave wasn't the only one that was destroyed on 8/20. Think of this was your loved ones grave?  I was not only heartbroken to see this when I went to water my wife's flowers but felt shamed by Ridgewood Cemetery for pretending to be caring and honoring by contract to take care of your loved one's.  Words cannot express seeing my wife desecrated like she was not even a person.  

I'll leave it up to you to decide to bury your loved one's at Ridgewood Cemetery.  Pictures speak for themselves.

i visit Ridgewood a lot because i have close family and friends buried there and also Marcia and Georgia are the most wonderful and most kindness people i have ever met!!!  very wonderful cemetery and i love the swan lake mausoleum!!
