After 5 yrs with no problems with my roof and gutters, a few minor issues came up.  With Lorraine's help the issues were taken care of easily and to my satisfaction.  The  young gentlemen who did the repair work were prompt, courteous, got right to work, and cleaned up when the job was complete.

This was a large townhouse community roof replacement project that this company was not equipped to handle.

Poor management, poor communication, poor notice, work delays, lack of supervision, multiple safety violations (e.g., parking in fire lanes), debris left everywhere including hazardous nails, hazards left on top of roofs over walkways, incomplete work, damage to the property and personal property in garages, etc.

These are just some complaints from the work done on our townhouse community.  Overall, the communication, execution, and follow up on the roofing project was poor.  I would not recommend this company to anyone.  It seems like they were just trying to get in and out of this large project as soon as possible with little regard for quality of work and customer satisfaction.
