Our roof is still in great shape, several years after they helped us.  We have an adorable bungalow house near downtown San Jose.   Part of its charm is the multiple roof pitches...which makes for interesting drainage situations.  A DIY-er who previously owned the house decided that routing the drain water inside the roof (!!!) of the house would be a good idea. 

It wasn't.

Lindy did a great job of diagnosing and solving the problem. That was about 10 years ago, and our roof held strong through this winter's storms (2016-17).  

I totally recommend them.

Called to setup an appointment for a roof repair.  Setup an appointment timeframe, re-arraigned my schedule, took time off work.  On scheduled day and time, no-one showed up.  After the appointment window passed, I called them to see what happened.  They have no record of the appointment. All they could offer was to be put back on the schedule.  I'm not happy with them.  They seem disorganized.  I'm looking somewhere else for help.
