First I have never been to this dentist before. I called to set an appointment as I am experiencing tooth discomfort at this time. The receptionist was very cold and very uncaring and offered me an appointment for a week out. I have the money to pay the bill, but asked if they accepted payment plans, she stated to me no they do not. It is pay as you go, but when you go on their website it says payment plans are available so I don't understand why I was told they don't. I found another facility that would get me in today and when I called back to cancel my appointment, that I made for a week out, the same receptionist said "yeah good luck with that". Do they not want new patient's? Glad I found another facility.

You know I was referred here by my neighbor and on my first visit I had my teeth cleaned and she did an outstanding job. Then about six months later, I had an awful toothache. It came on me suddenly Thursday night, and so I called the office on Friday. I did not get a call back so I called again. It was a holiday weekend, and the message said to call the Doctor at home if necessary. I was in so much pain in my jaw, neck and felt fluish all over. So I called him on his cell and left two messages. I ended up going to the emergency room because I couldn't sleep and nothing was helping. I had a fractured root of all things and it became infected and it was pretty bad. The Dentist that saw me the following week said I am lucky I got on an antibiotic when I did. They had to pull the tooth. I have such beautiful teeth that to pull a molar was sad! I had braces and take very good care of my teeth. When I called his staff on Monday, the front office staff could have cared less and so I asked that the Doctor call me back. He never did. I cannot believe that anyone in a health profession would or could be so unfeeling or dismissive. So would I recommend this Dentist- ah no! I would not. Dr. Luke-- really unfortunate.
