Story

All Star One is proud to start its seventh year in Egg Harbor Township, NJ and to provide athletes from Atlantic, Cape May, Cumberland and Ocean Counties an opportunity to learn, understand and practice teamwork, gain strength - both inner and physical, and dedicate themselves to achieving positive self-esteem through hard work and commitment.

AS*1 utilizes a 10,000 sq ft state-of-the-art training facility boasting two competition size spring floors, two full size trampolines, full dance area, 40 ft tumble track and more. We are centrally located and within minutes to the Garden State Parkway, Atlantic City Expressway and Route 9.

All Star One is the only gym in Atlantic County that is a USASF Member Certified Gym and each of our extensively trained instructors is USASF Safety Certified from Levels 1-5 in stunting, basket tosses and tumbing.

Owner/Operator, Karen Brenner, confides that training her athletes with structured practices that are both positive and disciplined, is her winning formula.
