Atlantic City branch - Zumba instructors are always late or don't show up at all and we would be in the room waiting. The front desk staff don't have any idea if someone is coming, cancelled, no substitute or what and have to call the said nstructor and Egg Harbor location for answers. I called twice before already and talked to the managers Jason and Bruce hoping to make them realized how very frustrating and big trouble for us members to rush from work to the gym, changed all our clothes and to just wait for nothing. I called Thursday and Bruce told me he will fix and take care of the problem. Monday came, not even a week the same problem happened again. It's horrible. The fact that the instructor informed the manager of her absence more than a week in advance. Everybody would agree with me that this is a very easy task. Who hired these managers?

I grab a workout while staying at Trop. Anna was so helpful professional and friendly. With staff like I will always return!
