I have been with All Storage Watauga for 7 years and just stopped in to give a review. The service is excellent, if there are any concerns you will be notified immediately. Very secured facility.

My hubby and I are going through a hard transition in our life, and having to move unexpectedly from our home! We came here and it immediately felt so safe .  It was such a great feeling , after moving all our furniture and memories into a storage space. Cameras in front office to monitor all units was a relief that all my things would be watched over !!! And the employees , outside cleaning and waving with smiles on their faces.!!! JESSICA in front office was AMAZING!!! And made this transition easier and a lot less painful! Prices are fair and I was very very impressed overall!  All Storage and especially JESSICA, we thank you for a lovely process!!! Definitely a 5 star place for storage and a friendly smile!!!!

We utilize this storage facility for awning boat storage. The gate is easy to operate, the entire place is well-lit and has plenty of security cameras. We've never had an issue with our boat being messed with and the staff is friendly and easy to work with. The place is also easy to get through in a big truck while pulling a boat. 
We haven't used an actual unit but according to their posted signs they have large, tall, heated/cooled units available. If we were to need one, I'd certainly check their pricing first.

Jessica was amazing! She was kind, relatable, and made me and my family feel comfortable and homey at the location. The office and all the units we were shown were in great condition.
Jessica was always smiling and made everything pleasant and easy to understand. She is a credit to the company.
