I enjoy doing business with these people at this location. Have rented trucks and purchased product multiple times over the years.  Product is good - although I do wish U-Hauls truck seats were more comfortable. (Fort Worth to Maine is a long haul).  Have never had to wait an excessive time for assistance.  Over the years employees have been polite, except for one occasion - and I took care of that.   You can't judge a company by one employee - just point it out to management and move on.  PLUS THEY ARE OPEN ON SUNDAYS.

The lady in the front office was very nice, but a guy on the outside( I think his name was Chris) was one the rudest guys I’ve dealt with. He made some rude/inappropriate comments and just had a bad attitude in general. Would not recommend this U-Haul location when there are so many others nearby.

They are very unprofessional and have terrible customer service. They wanted to charge me for damages to a cap on a truck that was already severely damaged and scuffed up. I also pointed that out to the guy doing the beginning walk through and he said not to worry about that. Make sure you take before pictures if you use this unprofessional place.  I will never use them again. Worst experience ever.

Great place to have your propane bottle filled.  Cheaper than the normal tank swap out. Love that you can pay at the pump.  Having to walk all the way inside to the cashier used to be the sore spot. Not anymore!
