We have been delaying braces for my 17 year old son for too long, so based on very high praises from a friend, we decided to finally have a consultation with Dr. Zuch. Wow are we glad we did! After just two visits we have determined that the staff is exceptional. We received multiple emails and texts to remind us of upcoming appointments, which is fantastic. Both times we were promptly greeted by name as we walked through the door. The waiting area is pristine with a nice large television to pass the very short wait, and there are waters and coffee available. They took the time to give us an in-depth tour of the also pristine and bright work space (critical in a health care setting), and introduced us to Dr. Zuch who performed the initial exam of my son's teeth with us present, explaining his findings along the way. 

Dr. Zuch has found a great balance of professionalism with genuine personal attention. He is passionate about patient well-being, and that is the kind of person I want working on my son. He is very well educated with a good sense of humor. My family truly appreciates the extensive time he has already taken to show various photos of my son's mouth, explain the science behind the process of Invisalign, alleviate my sons anxiety - which is no small task when it comes to dental work, and welcome us as a family into this year-long endeavor. As a bonus, he is reasonably priced, takes several insurance plans, outlined various payment options, and walked us out at the end of the consultation, which was a nice gesture. Highly recommend!
