Dr. Wach's and her staff are wonderful! They make you feel right at home. The front desk staff is very welcoming and friendly. I came in for a cleaning and to get a small chip on my tooth fixed.  She was very careful during the examination and cleaning. She took the time to explain everything to me throughout the time I was in the examining chair. I am very satisfied with my experience and I would highly recommend Yorktown Family Dentistry!

I absolutely love Family Dentistry of Yorktown I've been going here for many many years the staff is amazing. I get anxious going to the dentist but Jennifer makes me feel so comfortable. Their work is stellar and they have all up-to-date technology I just had a crown done today with a new robot technology that made my crown while I waited!!

Can't say enough good things about this dental practice!  The staff from reception to billing to dental assisting and hygiene right up to Dr. Jen Wachs make you feel like family.  Very warm environment from the minute you walk in. Exceptional dental care with state of the art machinery.  I've been going there along with my husband for a few years now.  Mostly blessed with good health and just exams/cleaning. 

Recently,  presented with a chipped tooth and fear I might have to have a crown and all that typically goes with that taking an impression, sending out to a lab, multiple visits etc.  Was amazed to find out I could get a few X-rays and wait while my crown was customized to my mouth within the hour or so.  Every aspect was done onsite. Painless and completed same visit!!  Exceptional care with proficient staff.  Highly recommend Family Dentistry of Yorktown!  Pamela R.

This staff is outstanding!  They make you feel right at home, like a family. 
Cleanings are very thorough and my teeth feel very well cleaned and smooth leaving there(thanks Jenny!). They really do try to accommodate with your schedule for your appointments knowing we all have busy lives. 
Any procedures that need to be done are very clearly explained and understood and they are all very professional and friendly to make you feel at ease.  If it is something beyond what they do, a referral is given that they have a relationship with and will always follow up on any procedures done, whether it is a cavity, crown, etc.  Shout out to Dr. Wachs, Stephanie, Jenny, and MaryAnn!!  And all the other wonderful staff!!  Nice to have a group of genuinely caring people that take care of your teeth....:)

Have been a patient for years. Moved out of the area but still come back for appointments. Very professional yet down to earth staff. You feel like they care for the individual and their needs.
