Allens takes care of my disabled son’s medications, and I have yet to deal with any other pharmacy or health care clinic that can match the effort they put out to make sure their patients have their meds. And they treat their patient population with real respect, which makes a real difference. You can’t fake that and I can’t thank them enough for helping my son, whose disability leaves him unable to pay anything at all - you’d never know he was treated any differently as I watch him interact at the counter and on the phone. Allens deserves whatever reimbursement they receive for helping the challenged group with mental illness downtown. They serve with alacrity and skill, and with the emotional wisdom to know that looking somebody in the eye, saying their name, and doing so with genuine regard is a humanizing thing to do. And they do it well.

Have used Allens for several years. Service has been good and the employees have been helpful.

Sometimes frustratingly slow, but always consistent. I am still peeved because of no "Imprime duo" on their answering machine, causing me to listen again in Spanish to what I just heard in English. This wouldn't be so bad except for the nature of the language, which takes about three times longer than to say its English equivalent.

This is the third time my meds have not been delivered to me without warning. I take mood stabilizers and anti-seizure meds. It is very important that I take my meds or I could develop a rash. Very disappointed
