I gave the pharmacy more than 24hrs to process my prescription. They had trouble w their system but not once did they communicate that they had problems. I called several times and even left a message, they never picked up or called me back. When I went in to pick up my meds, I was told it couldn't be filled because their system couldn't accept the dea number. At any point in 24hrs they could have called so I could talk to the DR'S office. I took it to Ralphs and had no problem at all. Will not be returning. Save yourself the headache go to any other pharmacy.

I arrived at the pharmacy at 8:40 PM on a Tuesday and the pharmacy was closed. The posted pharmacy hours and hours on the phone and online state the pharmacy closes at 9 PM. The grocery store manager said that he guessed the pharmacy staff went home early. This is truly unacceptable.
