Talk about customer service! This place is the best! I was looking for a unique wristlet corsage for my son to give to his Homecoming date and this place delivered! They walked me back to the cooler and let me pick the flowers and greenery and gave me different ideas. We were told the dress was one color and come to find out it was another color - luckily in the same color pallet. When I picked up the corsage and told them of the dilemma, the added the color of ribbon to match the dress at no extra charge! It looked amazing and the date was totally surprised and loved her flowers! Sandra and her staff go above and beyond! Oh - they are very affordable as well! Great staff and great overall experience! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I feel like very little effort was put into this arrangement. Absolutely not worth the money that I spent on them.

I live in PA, my mother was ill, I asked Allen's Flowers to create a beautiful fall bouquet for her that will make her feel better. I gave them a price range, and they met it. Not only was my mother thrilled with her bouquet, but the flowers are still alive and doing beautifully after 2-3 weeks! It was the perfect way for me to show my thoughts without being there.

Allen's Flowers was the 3rd shop I called. They were so kind and eager to help. I was travelling from out of state to visit my niece after surgery. I wasn't sure what I wanted besides something colorful. I was shown different vases and flowers and offered many suggestions. My niece loved both arrangements. My favorite was the ice cream float flower arrangement. Thank you again for all your help!

I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Allen's Flowers. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend and paid $75 for the 5 flowers and about $30 for the preparation. When I picked the flowers up, they had only added cheap, tacky greenery in between them and nothing else. No bow or anything. I had been told that they would be arranged to look beautiful, and it looked like they had been prepared in under five minutes. I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want to question "the experts," but when later called them to ask about the arrangement, they were not very contrite at all and said that there was no mistake. They even seemed a little bit rude that they were being questioned. Perhaps they usually put more effort into their arrangements, but I am definitely not going to give them my business again to find out. EDIT: In response to the owner's response, my main complaint is the utter lack of work done on the arrangement, not the quality of the flowers. I didn't specify extra decorating instructions because I was reassured they would arrange the flowers in a way that would make them beautiful. Instead, it was five flowers with the tackiest greenery you can imagine in between them. Their preparation was extremely last minute. I've never bought an arrangement of flowers with so little work put into it.
