I have used McIntire Florist for many years and have always been very pleased with their service. The staff is very friendly and helpful and their flower arrangements are always beautiful. I would recommend this florist to everyone

I have found mcIntire florist to b one of the best especially when compared to other shops I have ordered from. I am very pleased with every arrangement I have ever gotten or sent. I'm sure i received more flowers than I paid for the money and have always been beautiful and last longer than any other place I have gotten them. I've can say they bend over backwards to please their customers. They could not have a nicer or sweeter young lady taking care of u n the front and the delivery drivers r just as nice and do a good job. Mcintires will always b my choice. Top rated my me. And good designs as well

I am very disappointed with the customer service and quality of flowers from this florist. I believe in supporting small business and have used McIntire's Flower Shop for years to send my mom flowers on her birthday and mother's day. I rely on their expertise for picking fresh flowers and have continued to patronize their business, even when the flowers did not look as good as I had hoped. However, I will not be ordering from them again as they were rude when handling my recent order. They were struggling to process my card (though when I ordered online moments later my card worked perfectly fine) and instead of troubleshooting they just kept handing me off to another person who would then start the whole process again, while getting short with me as though their issue were my fault. I felt a sense of loyalty to them as a small business, but they obviously do not feel the need to show appreciation for loyal customers.

I love this place!!! My father would go to no other flower shop as they always knew the perfect arrangement! Living in Austin, TX I just let those ladies decide what is best and have yet to be disappointed! I don't even have to give them the address any more... they know where the flowers are going!! I highly recommend them!!
