Excellent and friendly service! They are committed to doing a good job, the right way, and it shows. Plumbing service was thorough and the Allen's Plumber looked at additional areas we had questions about and provided advice and estimates for those projects, too. We never got the feeling that they were pushing unnecessary repairs. And several options were presented based on what we wanted to do short-term and long-term. Thanks to Jimmy and Wanda for great customer service!

Allen's Kentucky Mechanical is a professional and reliable company located in Richmond, KY. As the owner of a local small business and the property manager of local rental property, the only place we choose to do our HVAC and electrical service is Allen's. Their staff is very helpful, knowledgable, and most important very responsive and timely when it comes to scheduling an appointment. The best in town!

My husband and I were Very happy with the work Allen's Mechanical did replacing 2 ton and 3 ton (29 year old) units in my home.  One unit was in a knee wall on the second floor. The new higher efficient units were larger than my original unit.  They  basically rebuilt the new unit to fit my space.  We are very happy with the warranty and service on the units. We definitely will recommend Allen's Ky Mechanical.

The service by Allen's Kentucky Mechanical was top notch. They came to our house and gave a professional assessment to our needs concerning a new HVAC unit. We were given many options to choose from and found, with an upgrade to a 5 ton 16 seer unit and a calculated & professional approach to reconstructing a new duct, our air flow increased through out the house tremendously. We now have a cooler house without the HVAC unit running constantly. This has made a sizable change for the better in our electric bill. I could not have asked for a more courteous staff and crew. I plan to have Allen's Kentucky Mechanical be the one I turn to for all my electrical needs, and I would definitely recommend them to you, a future customer. They're a business you can depend on and know the job will be done right for excellent price.
