Horrible, Horrible, Horrible...just HORRIBLE service & experience!

We had a plumbing issue over a year ago, Servpro was quick to come and rip up our living room carpet, kitchen marble, foyer-bathroom-dining room hard floor (which was expected) and then just left us for over 9 months with little to no communication and nothing done. Had to reach out to them on numerous occasions, left many voice messages. When they eventually came to do the work the workmanship was less than par. They couldn't cut marble tile, laid it unevenly, used grout WITH sand (not for marble...ever heard of scratching?) and took two weeks just to lay the tile in the kitchen as they would come and work for half a day then leave. The ceiling they replaced in our garage was ok, but the workers never laid any plastic so we ended up with Spackle all over the garage, tools, etc. The supervisor who initially came out to us in the beginning ended up quitting half way through our nightmare, the new supervisor came out and fed us the same BS the first guy did! Both made NUMEROUS empty promises, took some of my own tools (that they never replaced) and the new guy who came out had the audacity to say "now if we fix this and make it right we can expect a good review"...seriously??? We had drywall that had sewer damage that to this day has yet to be removed/replaced and in the end I ended up having to put the bathroom back together myself (installed toilet and vanity). We now have empty pockets of missing grout appearing in our kitchen from where they put new marble and obviously did a horrible job with grouting. They sent workers out who aren't qualified to do the task at hand it appears. They never sent anyone out to clean (as was promised) and it was just a horrible experience in the end. The people they sent out were friendly, but in the end friendliness is not what we signed up for, we expected efficient, quality work which was far from the case. I can go on and on but the lack of communication, quality of work was just unacceptable and I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever...

We have used ServPro for several of our rental property needs and they have always been exceptional to work with. 5 stars from us!

There logo like it never happened is a lie....I would never recommend this place...we had a house fire and called for them service..well you get everything but service...we were lied to...they wouldn't return our calls....our stuff was half cleaned....they are a no star place of half way doing business
