I work as a human resource administrator as well as a business development representative with my company. We use Allen and Stults as our insurance broker and have had nothing short of excellent service and attention. Due to my roles, I constantly have requests for certificates of insurance from new and existing clients that I have to forward to Allen and Stults. I work directly with Gail Lanza..

I send Gail request, after request, after request for certificates of insurance and she never complains. On top of it, her turnaround time is AMAZING. If I wait an hour she is apologizing for the delay, where as other companies’ representatives would have me waiting days. She also answers any question I have and is very professional. Whenever she is out of the office or needs an extra hand her co-workers Jessica and Jenna step right in to send me the information I need just as promptly and efficiently. 

Jerry Ford, Vice President, of Allen and Stults is also readily available and responds whenever I have other questions I need answered! To put it lightly, everyone in this company is amazing to work with.

Allen & Stults has been my insurance broker, both for my businesses and personally, for over 15 years. They are very responsive to my requests and very proactive in bringing to my attention insurance issues I might have otherwise missed. They are always friendly and professional. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality firm.

Once again Allen & Stults have made finding home owners insurance easy. Each interaction I have had with employees has been professional, courteous, and responsive. They are a true pleasure!

We have bought an old house in New Jersey after relocating from the UK. This made it very complicated on two fronts and I was getting problems with mainstream insurers. Adam at Allen & Stults came to the rescue and sorted it in two days so we were able to close. He also did my auto insurance over night so I could take delivery of my new car, after the Lease company's extra conditions caused problems for Geico.
Highly recommended - great service and a problem solver.
