This is not good!! They offer me really good price at beginning from geico then after that its like ripping people.I would never go back to this location.

I have been a customer with State Farm since 2007. I have always had great customer service experience. I am treated as a family member, not as a client or a number, which is why I'm staying with them for life. Deborah Kloss has always attended to any concerns or issues I had and has always provided professional and excellent and prompt service. Thank you State Farm. Looking forward to keep working with you for many years to come! :)

I've been a customer with this office for over 10 years now.  As cliché as it may sound this office, especially my personal agent Deb K, have always been there for me like a "neighbor". I brag to just about everyone that she's my second mom.  These other reviews may have had a terrible experience recently because of new staff or whatever the case may be, but never once in 10 years have I EVER been disappointed in their customer service. I would recommend this office any day of the week. Thank you all for continuing to be there for me when I need you most!

I would not recommend this office..the staff here are terrible! They don't know what they are doing..the bill is never the same amount! and they have poor communication with their customers...always saying they will call back but never do!!
