Zane's commitment to excellence and professionalism is unbeatable. He is very knowledgeable and knows what works and what doesn't when it comes to selling (in my case). I would recommend him to anyone. If you are using someone else you are fooling yourself. Use Zane.

Zane was a pleasure to work with. He's extremely knowledgeable about the Greensboro market and went above and beyond his duties as a realtor to sell my home. He is an incredibly hard worker and was always very accessible. I won't be using anyone but Zane for my realty needs in the Triad.

Zane Gerringer has a solid knowledge of the real estate market in the Triad area. As a sellers' agent, he advised us on things we could do to prepare our house for the market to get the best price possible without unnecessary expense and to sell the house in a timely manner. Consequently, he sold our house for us in record time for our asking price. Zane listens and is responsive to the needs of the client. He gets the job done in a very efficient manner, but his kind and pleasant personality always makes the client feel relaxed and in control. I highly recommend Zane as a sellers' agent.

Words cannot describe how lucky I was to purchase a home thru Zane Gerringer. I would highly recommend him to everyone!! I am first time buyers and was guided the whole way through this crazy process with such care and professionalism. Zane understood the importance of getting me my first house and followed up on ALL angles possible to ensure that I would be able to attain my new home. He not only got me my dream home, but he made the process seem like a piece of cake. He kept me informed, educated me on the process, and continues to follow up with me. I can't thank him enough. I agree with everyone else who has given Zane Gerringer five stars. He is all about integrity and excellence. Extremely detailed and patient and on top of all this, he is such a kind soul. I really can't imagine getting any better service than this. If you want to be part of a winning team, you can with Zane. He is undeniably the BEST at what he does.
