Lied and hired a sub-par UN-licensed contractor to cover up a serious environmental problem.  Ended up costing the sellers and us (the buyers) a LOT of money, and we didn't close.  Avoid like the plague.

My fiance and I are set to wed in October 2017. We decide back in March/April we were ready to start the journey of searching for a house. After speaking with Realtors at other Companies because they were listed as the "Selling Agent", we decided to contact Allen Tate, due to arrogance of other people contacted. David Dawe was the person we were directed to and he was the best bet! After our first conversation, without even meeting him i knew we were in good hands. After looking through 5 house, we decided on the 5th one.

Through out the entire process, David stayed in touch with us about the status of negotiations, inspections, closing procedures and all even if there was not a update on anything, he would still check in. He even stayed on the phone with us one night for about two hours discussing procedures of closing and putting offers in.

 David is not one who will feed you what you want to hear. If he doesn't know he will be honest and say he doesn't but, will find out an answer. When he says that, he means it to! 

David is not like a lot of realtors or sales people who only care about closing on the house to get paid or how much he can make off of something. He truly wants to make sure that you are happy with everything, no questions are left un answered and that you taken care of! This is something now a days that you do not find within a lot of customer service industries. 

If you are a first time home buyer or are just searching for something new/different, give David a call. We were not disappointed one bit and are so thankful to have met/worked with him!
