I give this place a 2 star rating for the fact that they are trying to integrate technology to the point where there is no customer service necessary. It sounds great on paper, but when it boils down to it the long time customers of Allen Theaters that have been shoveling money to the Allen's for decades are not being thought of. We are an old fashioned community here and a lot of the members find it frustrating when an employee won't help a customer who is struggling dealing with the integration of the new world order into our movie theaters. Other than that, thank you for the nice new seats I refuse to sit in. I'll rent a movie at home. If you want to be a "fine theater experience" then hire ushers who show you to your seat and people who stand by in the movies as well. I will not spend my money here. Thank you for the childhood memories, you will not see another penny from me.

Great service theaters are clean. Popcorn fresh. And reserve seating with reclining is the best. Extra money worth the comfort

Comfortable seats, nice staff. Enjoyed the movie. Haven't been to a theatre in years. I will definitely be back.

The theatre is nice and some of the staff. But beware they racial profile .I didn't appreciate them searching my purse they didn't search anyone else. We stood there and watched to see if they were searching other people and they didn't, so we talked to the manager to ask why they did that to us and they don't have SIGNS Anywhere that say they can search someone . The General Manager wouldn't come out and talk to us .he told the assistant manager to tell there should be signs but they couldn't produce any proof. he said they were going to view the camera and have a talk to that employee. I believe they are guilty of racial profling.

Family entertainment. Prices are fair. Snacks a bit pricey. Newly renovated.
