I did not a great experience at this allergy place. I was there for less than an hour and charged $289 and they billed my insurance $1000+? How is that possible? They also asked me to come back for a follow up which was a bunch of rubbish because the lady just told me I wasn't allergic to anything. How is this business still running? I don't understand. I also asked if I could get a referral to an ENT due to my tonsil stones and it took them 8 months to get that referral sent, only after calling them 4 times to do so. Terrible place. I strongly suggest against this place.

We took my daughter in to get tested because we suspected that she had metal allergies to her belt and studded jeans. We expressed that when we brought her in. They did all this testing on my daughter on her back and we got the results of the things they suspected she was allergic to in the environment (desert). We asked where the results were for the metals. Vatsia then tells us they don't test for metals and I was livid. They got paid $1000 from my insurance and I disputed the $200 that I had to pay. The $1000 wasn't enough for them so they sent my account to collections. They knew we were there for metal testing and they knew they didn't do it but didn't tell us that until after. Now they send the account to collections because they are so greeeeeedy. I would not recommend them to anyone!

I was there for less than 2 hours and I received an invoice for $1243.80. When I called to find out why they thought there time was worth over $600 an hour, the receptionist had no answers for me. I can see receiving a $1243 bill for getting a cat scan or a bunch of x-rays but come on.... They had a nurse poke my back for less than an hour. What a scam..... In the end I wasn't allergic to anything.
