As far as doctor Copenhaver... He was nice and professional, but the service in general was a waste of time. They had no clue on what was causing my problems with swelling and such. Wanted to start with over the counter eye drops and just to do something gave me orders to go to the hospital to do blood work. Told me I may never know what was causing it. I wasn't the for 15 minutes and they did nothing but ask a few questions. When I get ready to leave the receptionist gave me papers and wants the payment in full there. I should have been told this ahead of time. Instead they wait till after and looks at me like I am crazy when I say I don't have $117 to give up front. Tell me "they don't do payments! And prefer payment in full" well how it the HELL in NO answers and a 15 minute conversation worth $117 . Needless to say I feel like cash is all they are worried about. Not about me as a person.
