Exceptional:) My mother went to Dr. Cavanagh, and suggested that I go as well, and already after 1 visit she has changed things for me for the better! She is so thorough and understanding, kind and sweet, and KNOWLEDGEABLE!! A holistic approach, more thorough than any care I have ever received!!! I went for the first time, grateful to finally have someone who was recommended to me so highly, and she helped me so much, i complained of neck pain and she x-rayed my neck on that very visit! (imagine that! after 15 years of complaining of neck pain and being handed pain pills and being told to "take a pain reliever" for my pain, someone actually looks into why my neck is hurting!!!!!!) In the first visit, she gave me a (previously unscheduled) feminine exam, which was so gentle and quick that I won't even dread it next time!! She tested my blood for a myriad of different things, after hearing my general everyday symptoms, and found that my thyroid levels were irregular, and has gotten that under control before it can do any damage (I didn't even have to ask her to check it she just intuitively knew that something was out of whack!) It is not to much to say that I love this woman and I love this practice. I have been referred to a physical therapist for my neck (no she didn't try to push any pills to cover the symptoms) and have a full year's supply of emergency migraine medication for when I need it, and a referral to a psychiatrist. She took care of 20 separate visits in my very first visit!!! I also had to stop in for walk in clinic, and had Dr. Heather, and she was amazing as well!!! GO HERE:) Based on my previous experiences with medical treatment, I had started to think that I would never be able to trust a doctor again. But I do:) I'm so lucky and grateful and want to spread this wonderful asset. I'm not big on writing reviews (I would love to, but just never actually have the time!) But after seeing what a doctor could be, I jumped on the chance to write a review of this new doctor, and my previous doctor, who was a nightmare. (See other review if you wish)
