I accidentally came across this place while waiting at the dmv for a friend and boy am I glad I did. I ordered cupcakes for my daughters Christmas party at school and they were extremely helpful over the phone....even managed to give me a helpful to suggestion to save a couple of dollars. Cupcakes are also super cute and taste delicious. Can’t wait to make another order or randomly pick up cupcakes ....everyone could use a little cupcake in there life! I will say this it is a little confusing on which door to go into to pick up your order as it’s not clearly marked and if it’s your first time you get get confused.

POOR POOR COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMERS!!! My fiancé and I had a dessert tasting last Friday for our upcoming wedding. I was told after our tasting that our proposal would be sent over the weekend. When that did not happen I emailed Mike, the person that was there during the tasting. When I did not get a response from him, I called the store, spoke to Alley, and was told the proposal would be sent to me first thing in the morning. When I had not received it I called several times hoping to speak with Alley or Mike and was always being told they were out of the building. The last time I called I was told that Alley would be back in the building within an hour and she would get back to me. Again I was never contacted. I will again stress the importance of communication with customers. Planning a wedding has its stressful points. Wanting to be a paying patron, and trusting something so important to people that never seem to be available to respond or answer your questions is disheartening. We are very upset that this has happened and hope that it does not happen to anyone in the future who is planning their special day and are hoping to use you as a vendor.

After searching for, "The Amazing World of Gumball" cake, Alleycakes saved the day! Staff were professional, the cake was made with only 72 hour notice, and my daughter was delighted! We ordered peanut butter and chocolate flavored cake, it was delicious, but you couldn't really taste the peanut butter. The price upon pick up was also a little more than quoted when ordered. All in all, the cake made my child very happy, and it was very tasty. Ultimately, I would recommend this bakery and/or make future orders here.

Extremely disappointed. We ordered cake pops for our one year old's birthday and they were not what we discussed at all. They were supposed to be red, yellow, and white, and they all came out as one color, white. All of the bottoms were coming out of all of them, and more than half of them were completely cracked through the middle. I have heard such great things about this place and was totally disappointed. It looked like they were completely thrown together vs. given the love they deserved. Not worth the money. I called and was given the option to pick up 2 dozen replacement in the store, but we did not have the time to do that and still haven't received a call back addressing my concerns. I expected more.

Marissa has phenomenal customer service. I regularly come to this shop and I was very pleased this visit because of how sweet and intelligent this employee is. I will be coming back just because of her. Keep up the amazing work!
