Best place ever for food and the pastries are the most awesome taste treat. The cappuccino is so good and my husband loves the Cuban coffee. The cupcakes with the macaroons on top are the best.

Good coffee and pastries but I've been twice now and have been overcharged. I got the $4.95 special plus a pastry which was $3 and my total was $11.95. I asked why and she said because I got the large coffee instead of the regular size. A $4 up charge for a slightly bigger size? Total rip off. Stay away.

I warn you to stay away. I wanted to find some great Cuban food in Jacksonville. Regretfully, I found the opposite of great Cuban food and I ended up at Kathy's Bakery and Cafe. The food was a mediocre at best. The service started out decent until I got my bill. The problem with this place is the menu doesn't display prices. So unless you ask about every menu item, they can and will charge whatever price they want. Unfortunately for me, I didn't question the prices. I received my bill and thought it was a PRANK. When I questioned the bill to the ladies, they ensured me it was correct. Not only was the food below par but the prices were out of this world. I would stay away from this establishment.

It is a bit pricey, but a great place for Cuban pastries, the guayaba pastelitos are just amazing, my favorite pastry ever... awesome place for several other types of pastries as well... the coffee is also good, a must try for all different kinds of back home Cuban pastries

Will never recommend. I don't even want to give then that one star.  They got my order wrong, I ordered a cake for my teenage son green with white trimming resembling a football field and they made me a cake for a toddler, white cake with minty green letters. I complained and they said well it had green and white colors. Unbelievable. Over charged me and then they were extremely rude because I complained for not making the cake I ordered. Don't ever buy here. Thank you for nothing.
