I bought a house that was rehabbed and sold by Keith at Allience Reality LLC. Let me tell you right now if you’re thinking about purchasing a rehabbed home from these people, don’t. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig. That’s the best saying I can think of when talking about my new home. These guys really cut a lot of corners and the whole process was really a nightmare. If they had any kind of real carpenters working on this place I’m sure they would have caught hopefully half of the things that were half-assed. I’ve been in my home for two weeks and everyday I find something new. Currently waiting on a plumber to come fix the issues with my plumbing which have been here since my inspection. Save yourself a million headaches and buy from someone else.

Angela owes me and my wife 50.00 because we cleaned the left over trash left by the worker's that we fixing the place up when we first moved in but its my fault because I didn't bring it up ...  But Maggie is great
