AWFUL. Will give no refund if they damage your stuff!!

Over two months in our new place and we're still sitting here with around $3k worth of damages and losses from the move with Allied.  They're still "processing our claim," whatever that means - I don't feel confident that we will ever be compensated, even though we paid extra to make them responsible for the full value of any damaged or lost goods.  Don't trust them with your stuff.  Seriously.  They hired two incompetent, careless, inexperienced older folks in ill health to pack and load our shipment.  I suspect they may also have been thieves, since a huge box full of the most expensive and pawn-able items happens to have disappeared.  Our furniture is destroyed and we have to live with it, our brand new home looking like a dump, for months waiting for Coleman American Allied/SIRVA to process our claims.  I wish we'd sold it all and started over instead of hiring these unprofessional "movers."
