I went up to life storage today to get information on my upcoming move. Steve at the plant city location was amazing. He listened to my needs, went over every option with me, and helped me make the best choice to save money and meet my specific needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After inquiring here my husband and I were convinced this was the perfect place for us. We appreciate (the manager) Steve's excellent customer service and honesty. The facility was very well kept and cleanly.  Steve was friendly, professional and knowledgeable most of all. As Steve answered our questions, a customer behind us also told us how her experience at Life storage was exceptional and that she wouldn't go any place else to store her belongings. Steve also made sure to tell us that they also offer a moving van with no extra charge (if your car insurance applies) Excellent!

The woman there who set up my unit, Ray, as amazing.  She made the process simple l, everything was up front, and I had a unit really quick. I doubt I'd ever go anywhere else, the service was so good!
