Visited clinic for a viral upper respiratory infection and just got the bill for 432.00. I have been a patient at this clinic since 1988, but because I am usually healthy and haven't visited them in more than 3 years I was charged an extra "new patient" fee, even though my chart was right in front of the Nurse Practitioner who was treating me. I also asked for a review of my bill because I wondered what constitutes a "level 4 visit". Apparently level of visit is subjective per the care giver which to me seems vague. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the cost of a basic visit and will be looking for a new clinic. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who has a high insurance deductible like me.

The Dr and RN I had during my urgent care visit were nothing but friendly and completely knowledgeable!

Brought my son in for pink eye. Dr did nothing but look at him and write a prescription. Received a bill for $272.00 going through urgent care. I had went through urgent care at a different clinic and only paid $114.00. When I called they said it was because he was a new patient. Yet they had his ins information.... manager wouldn't even talk to me, made some poor nice lady tell me they were not going to adjust the bill. Making a child pay more for the same service as an existing patient should be criminal. Do not recommend, they overcharge and management is rude.

I've been to MANY clinics in my lifetime and this is one of the best! The entire staff really seems to care about each patient.
