My wife stopped in for an oil change. During the service she was told she needed a tire rotation for an extra cost. She didnt know the tires were just rotated the last oil change (3000 miles prior) and agreed. She was sold something she didn't need. Normally time or mileage, if there's another issue, typically it's an alignment issue that rotation will not fix. It will just mask it. Will not return to this place.

I had some different services performed here in March 2017. I have to say that I likely will be back again. Great customer service. Knowledgeable. Reasonably-priced. Treated me professionally and with respect. The experience was a lot different than the many experiences I had with NTB across the street over the years where I never got the impression that I mattered much to them.

Went for an oil change 3/11/17 as well as had my steering issue checked out . They were friendly, efficient and found the issue out and gave me a reasonable quote. I have been just going here for oil changes and highly recommend this business. I am very satisfied with them.

Was really surprised! Got the help I needed when I didn't think anyone else would help. Heartlands got my heart.. Ty so much.. The gals that had a flat tire.
