Good evening chris a realtor , contacted us that he had a buyer for our house in Seminole county ,did not know who he was, we had him come out with his buyer  who owned promise land landscaping in lakemary, they visited with us, then later that evening called said like to buy the house, offered was made after the buyer checked with pnc bank, we were surprised by the contract number then he hit us with a large % commission I explained were selling buyowner, then next day send a new contract offer for more so he can get a large commission after I explained what I would give him he didn't listen I called the buyer he said don't worry it's ok now the new price is $9k more then are full asking price he explained he owned several homes before he was fluffing the numbers to look like he put a big down payment , then again day after that chris called said were giving you cash offer same price, I question cash offer when at first getting a mtg, now we sign the contract after 3 days chris didn't put in the escrow deposit when questioning him they decide to cancel the purchase, buyer text me he was having issues with his hard money loan, so in fact was not making actual cash offer, he was still getting a loan, now there in default we were asking for the deposit money, this guy chris aswell as the buyer will not answer the phone, next we contact keller William's since chris has himself listed incl facebook on the internet ,after talking with broker he had not been with them for at least 6monthe they were nice enough to get me the broker he works under allison James, had a very nice conversation with him he didn't know much about Chris or his internet stuff, he would look into it, then strange part of it chris didn't work any longer for keller william's, he work under allison James sent us a contract for a 3rd realty business, email that was the same when looking up on the internet, you can decide who you would use as a realtor in central fl area, the brokerage of both are very nice,
