I booked an appointment with Dan, the owner to have my belongings moved. He quoted me $95/hour to get 3 men and a truck to move items from my 2,400 sq ft home. On the day of moving, he sent 4 men at his discretion even though he quoted me 3 men. The men were great, and we completely trusted them. At the time of payment, Dan changed the rate to $120/hour, yelled at me and disrespected me like no one deserves. He treated his employees with the utmost disrespect. I’ve used them in the past, but I do not recommend this company. Apparently this is normal behavior as he does this often. Also, at his discretion, he rounds up the next whole hour even if the men don’t use that entire hour to move my goods.

DON"T EVEN BOTHER CALLING DAN THE OWNER

Wow, do not call this moving company, I just called to see about getting help moving to the area and he didn't even let me get a word out, he stated" We don't need your services" and all I said was Hello My name is Josh. 

I don't know if it was because I was a Kansas number or what, but what a Joke. Movers are a dime a dozen, don't waste your time with this jerk who obviosly has some anger issues from my experience and other previous reviews.

I called to get a price quote.. Dan, the owner flips out because, I didn't give him a moving date. He continues to yell at me about how his company is the cheapest in town, and not to call him anymore! I will never recommend this company to anyone. I am willing to pay more for  better customer service!

The guys that moved my stuff were friendly and professional.  The crew showed up on time and the move was completed faster than I expected. I had one small item that was damaged in the move. I explained what happened to the owner and was reimbursed. Great company that cares about customer service!  I will definitely use these guys again.

I have used them in the past and the customer service was great. Of course I wanted to go with them for our current move. I called to book my date and time and I was told they couldn't accept the booking because they were already booked. Thats Fine. My husband also tried calling them back to see when their next opening was to see if we could adjust our schedule around them. They asked my husband are you sure you need help moving. Then they said they won't be available and hung up in his face. Needless to say I found a different company with better customer service.
