I would love to give less than one star..  This is the worst company I have ever dealt with doing anything much less delivering anything of value.  Customer Service rep will tell you one thing on Monday,  only to have another explain how they failed on Tuesday.  The lack of communication is mind blowing.

Used to be very reliable with pickups, but that changed FAST. We've had dozens of cancelled shipments because we would wait 2, 3 and even 4 days before they would make pickup. You stay on the phone with them for 20-30 minutes waiting for answers. Their service has gotten TERRIBLE. I used to ship with them a lot. Not anymore. Do yourself a favor and use another carrier. They have a huge problem with making pickups on time!

YOU NEVER GET ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS YOU ORDERED COMPLETE. ITS LIKE THE DELIVERY GUYS CAN NOT READ THEIR OWN SHIPPING LIST.  GOING TO GET SOMEONE ELSE TO START MAKING MY DELIVERIES
