Worst company to deal with for a Settlement! Received utility bill after closing on a property I purchased. It was all previous owners responsibility. I was reaching out 1 year to try to resolve this and kept on getting run around stories, To the point where there were numerous phone calls, emails to them and 6 different people because everyone left the company. No one knew the answer to my questions and they were not able to supply evidence that they did what was supposed to of them before settlement. Hopefully my title insurance will be able to cover the charges.

Will never use this company.  Had a settlement that took place 8 weeks ago and funds were held to satisfy liens and taxes.  After many attempts to contact  them to verify all payments were disbursed, I received verification from several lien holders that NO payments were made and all the proceeds that were held by Allstate Abstract are not accounted for.      This dilemma has postponed 2 other settlements that I have scheduled within a week of each other.  There is absolutely no excuse or reason why Allstate did not disburse monies held to the respective  lien holders in a timely and professional time frame especially after 8 weeks
