Very poor customer service at this local office.  After having my auto insurance with State Farm for 20 plus years, I finally have left due to being unhappy with the claims process and the lack of service on the agent level.  It is difficult to get anyone at Ann's office on the phone, so I had to physically stop in about an issue that I was having.  The rep that assisted me could care less that I told her that I was thinking of leaving state farm. I then cancelled my policy via email directly to Ann and I did not even receive a confirmation from the email.  I had to once again, call the office to confirm that my policy had been cancelled.  Not once did Ann Haviland call me or try to persuade me to stay with state farm.  I will definitely not recommend this agent to anyone looking for insurance with State Farm.
