I was a customer w/ Allstate for over a year but when I cancelled my policy all sort of mishaps happened.  Money was taken out of my bank account that wasn't supposed to be and no one will own up to who made the mistake.  Easy to take funds out of your account but you have to spend endless hours trying to get it back!!

I hate it that people post bad reviews about a local business when the problem they are complaining about is a corporate or pricing issue.
